Actor Jonathan Majors was arrested this morning, Saturday, March 25. He faces charges of strangulation, assault and harassment.

The major is said to have had a domestic argument with his girlfriend on Friday.

A TMZ insider claims his girlfriend tried to look at Majors’ phone after seeing him texting another woman, which angered the actor.

“The victim informed police that she was assaulted,” an NYPD spokesman said in a statement to the public.

The victim’s name has not been released, but has only been identified as a 30-year-old woman.

“Police arrested the 33-year-old man without incident.”

Police responded to the alleged victim’s domestic dispute call on Saturday morning, around 11am.

According to the Associated Press, Majors was released on Saturday night.

“The victim suffered minor head and neck injuries and was transported to an area hospital in a stable condition,” the NYPD said.

Jonathan Majors’ team declares him innocent in an emailed statement to AP Press, a representative for the actor said the team hopes to clear his name.

They claim that Majors did nothing wrong and that he is innocent.

“He did nothing wrong,” Majors’ representative said.

They continued, “We look forward to removing his name and clearing this up.”

Jonathan Majors is considered one of Hollywood’s most notable talents.

Majors has starred in many notable Hollywood titles this year, including “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania,” in which he plays Kang the Conqueror, and “Creed III” as Damian Anderson.

It also attracted the attention of many famous directors, including Jordan Peele and Spike Lee.

Since then, both directors have chosen Expert in film projects. Majors got his big career break in 2019 when he starred in “The Last Black Man in San Francisco.”

The actor attended the Yale School of Drama and graduated only three years before the role.
