Bola Tinubu, a presidential candidate for the All Progressives Congress (APC), has revealed that he avoids reading social media because of his high blood pressure. The presidential candidate said he chose to make the decision because he has anger issues.

In a viral video, Tinubu said he stays away from social media because Nigerians do a lot of abuse on social media. Here are some of his statements:

“I don’t read social media anymore. You abused me like hell. Reading it raises my blood pressure and makes me angry. I’m not reading it. If I need to hear anything, My child or one of my employees will tell me what someone said.

All-Progressive Congress (APC) presidential candidate Bola Tinub will appear in his first media interview with veteran journalist Kadaria Ahmed.

This was confirmed on Tinubu/Shettima Media Support (TMS) social media pages, a division of the APC Presidential Election Council. According to TMS, the interview will take place on Wednesday, November 23, but the group has not disclosed the time or location of the interview.

So far, the APC presidential candidate has been criticized for avoiding media interviews.

He was also found guilty of evading a presidential debate after failing to attend an interactive session at City Hall hosted by Arise TV because of a presidential candidate.

In response to criticism, the APC Presidential Electoral Council said it planned its activities and that the town hall meeting times were inconsistent with the times its candidates were scheduled to meet with some farmers in Niger rice field.

The next day, Tinubu met with farmers and was assisted by Mietti Allah and other farmers’ associations popular in northern Nigeria.
